Hi, I’m Dean. I founded The Jewelry Center in 2003 and we have expanded to four locations – Greenfield, Brookfield, Burlington, and Mequon. My greatest reward in the business is meeting and spending time with so many wonderful people. Through the years of building positive, relevant relationships within the jewelry industry, I’m very confident we can fulfill our client’s needs at any level with personalization being my utmost priority. When not at work, I love spending time with my family and friends. My wonderful wife and three great children love to see concerts, and we travel as much as we can. Family is very important to me, and I think it shows in the extended family of employees here at The Jewelry Center. We take exceptional pride in supporting our local communities and are pleased to give back by helping a variety of local charities and fundraising efforts.

Hello my name is Vicki. I’ve been in the jewelry business for 20+ years. Not only do I get to go to work and play with absolutely beautiful jewelry, I get to meet awesome people every day. From designing a custom piece to helping you find a simple pair of gold hoop earrings, I love to make dreams come true. When I am not at work I love to be with my family. My husband and I have four beautiful children and seven beautiful grandchildren. I absolutely love to go hiking, kayaking, four-wheeling and UTVing. My husband and I also love to travel. Hi my name is Beth, I’ve been in the jewelry industry for the last 25+ years. What I enjoy the most about my job is having the opportunity to be a part of the process of creating that perfect ring for that perfect someone. It’s a true honor to be a part of that special process. On my time off, I enjoy spending time with my family. Hi, I’m Mike. I’ve been the sales manager at The Jewelry Center for the past 10+ years and have really enjoyed it! I have been in the jewelry business for the past nearly 40 years and this is by far the best place to be with talented, friendly employees focused on doing what’s right to make sure our customers are happy. I recently became a grandpa to my new grandson, Luca Anthony! When not at work I enjoy golfing, Summerfest, and swimming with my daughter’s dog Milo! I love selling diamonds, but have a soft spot for Rolexes as well. Say hello when you stop in.

Hi, I’m Patti aka “Auntie Patti.” I’ve been in the jewelry business for about 30 years and at The Jewelry Center since 2013. I’m DCA certified and love helping my friends/customers find special pieces to add sparkle to their lives. I have helped with birthdays, anniversaries, and now the next generation coming in for their wedding rings. I also help with the office and try to keep tabs on special requests and the daily running of our three busy stores. In my free time, I love to travel! When my husband and I get away, it’s always to a warm destination.

Hi, I’m Jackie and I’ve been with The Jewelry Center 7+ years. With over 30 years in the jewelry industry, I believe I’m part of the best team out there. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work in this warm and friendly environment and strive to give our customers the best service possible. When not at work, I love spending time with my family. As new “empty nesters,” my husband and I hope to be visiting our two kids as much as we can. Our son now lives in San Diego and our daughter is currently attending college at UW-Madison. We’re very blessed and couldn’t be prouder.

Hi, I’m Shane. I started my adventure of metal work in high school – that lead me to goldsmithing. I have now been working as a goldsmith for 24 years. While you may not see me on the floor when you come in for a repair or restoration, you can know that your jewelry is in good hands. It is simply a joy to be able to help people create life memories with there jewelry. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and jujutsu martial arts.

Hi, I’m Fidel. I’ve been working on repairing watches for over 45 years. As a teenager in Mexico, my father taught me the ins and outs – and over time it became my career. In my free time, I enjoy vacationing with my family (to warm weather destinations), playing and watching soccer, and biking.

Hi, I’m Kenzie! You won’t catch me on the sales floor, but you may see me working behind the scenes here and there. From coordinating the events, creating print ads, and keeping the stores looking fresh with every season I am happy to be part of such a great work environment! A few things I love outside of work are spending time with friends and family, traveling, soaking up the WI summers, relaxing up north, and staying active! Can’t wait to see you at our next event!

Hi, I’m Dave. While in college I found a passion for creating unique jewelry objects. After receiving a BFA from UW-Whitewater in Metals and Jewelry, I pursued a career in jewelry design and traveled to Louisiana where I received certificate training in CAD jewelry design. I have been creating unique pieces for customers since 2010. I love a new challenge and making everything from a traditional bridal ring to an extravagant pendant. My family is where I spend all of my free time and try to keep up with two amazing little ones.

Hello, I’m Thomas, the chief-idea-maker for The Jewelry Center (Operations Manager). I’ve devoted the majority of the last 20+ years to becoming a jewelry visionary. I love designing new, one-of-a kind jewelry creations, and I never start a day without my morning coffee! I graduated from the Diamond Council of America as a Gemologist in 2005. I enjoy appraising jewelry, creating new custom jewelry creations, gourmet food, and holidays with my family. Let me know what I can help design for you!

Hello I’m Jean. I’ve been in the jewelry business since 1988. I was thrilled when The Jewelry Center opened a store here in my hometown of Burlington. It’s great to work with friends and family along with meeting new people from Burlington and the surrounding communities. I enjoy helping customers find the perfect gift or something special for themselves. I also love working with couples to find the perfect engagement ring. It’s very rewarding! I hope I have this job until I’m old and grey!

Hi, my name is Lori. I started in the jewelry industry 27 years ago. I first worked for 9 years, and then decided to leave to raise my 3 beautiful children. As my Children grew older, I worked for the school district with students one on one in the Special Education department. This job allowed me to fulfill my need to make a difference and keep up with the busy schedule of my son and two daughters. Now that my youngest daughter has graduated and is in college, I knew I needed a change. It so happened that my former district manager was looking for help at The Jewelry Center! It was a clear sign that this was where I needed to be! I love working with customers and building new relationships with people. Helping choose the “perfect” ring to custom design work, I enjoy helping put some sparkle into your day! In my free time I love spending time with my family, my two French bulldogs and having as much time on the beach as possible. My favorite part about working at The Jewelry Center is the close family feeling you get by working for a dedicated, honest and appreciative family owned business!
